ReaDI-Watch's approach to data protection, security and responsible AI use, covering Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Management and AI Policy.
These Terms govern your use of the ReaDI-Watch website and the ReaDI-Watch Research, Development and Innovation Platform. ReaDI-Watch's Privacy Policy and Data Management Policy are incorporated by reference. The Platform is intended as a Business to Business offering; by accessing or using the Platform you represent that you have the legal right to do so and have the power to enter into a binding contract. The Service Provider is ReaDI-Watch Ltd., Curtlestown, Enniskerry, Wicklow. The Platform is only available with a paid plan (a Subscription); subscription levels, features and pricing are available on the pricing page. Subscription Fees are due within 30 days for each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. ReaDI-Watch cannot accept liability for the results of an R&D Tax Credit, Grant Funding or other audit or appeal. The Service Provider uses Stripe for some payment services. Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice, or on 10 days' notice for material breach. Governing law: the Republic of Ireland. A Data Processing Addendum applies to the extent processing involves personal data under the EU GDPR or UK GDPR.
This policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information from users of the site and platform. We collect information you provide (such as name and email address) and information collected by technology (Log Data including IP address, browser type and usage statistics). We use third-party analytics services. We use session and persistent cookies, including essential, functionality, and analytics/performance cookies. We use your personal information to deliver the Platform, respond to requests, comply with law, and protect rights. We may share information with third parties you designate, with subprocessors, and as required by law. We use reasonable organisational, technical and administrative measures to protect personal data. We retain personal data only as long as reasonably required. Your information may be transferred outside your country of residence. Your rights include opt-out, access, amend, move, and erase and forget. We respond to requests within one month and complaints within 45 days.
This policy relates to all types of data collected through usage of the site and platform, including Company Data such as R&D and Innovation project data, staff time-logs and activities, and company R&D strategy data. Logical segmentation ensures customers can only access their own data. By default, all customer data is classified as secure and clients are referred to using code names. All staff and subprocessors have confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. A peer review process and release checklist are in place. Strong password policy and two-factor authentication are implemented. Audit logs retain user login and activity records. All data sent across public networks uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Data backup and availability rely on service providers. Internal process audits are conducted at least annually. Upon termination, clients can download their data and all data is irrecoverably deleted except where required for legal or compliance purposes.
Last updated June 2026. AI is central to what we build and how we work. ReaDI-Watch provides a structured way to define, govern, and capture R&D as it happens. AI makes rigorous, real-time knowledge capture fast enough and natural enough that it actually gets done. But it does not replace human judgement.
All three providers operate under enterprise agreements that include explicit commitments against using your data to train their models. Your data is processed only to deliver the service you have asked for, is not shared with other organisations, and does not leave ReaDI infrastructure except through scoped prompts subject to enterprise data protection commitments. Sensitive financial data is accessible only to users with explicit permission.
ReaDI-Watch complies with the EU/EEA GDPR (acting as data processor; lawful basis performance of contract and legitimate interests), Canada's PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25, and monitors the EU AI Act. For larger organisations, private cloud, self-hosted open source models, and hybrid arrangements can be explored.
